Rules & Regulations

General

  1. Location: The studio is located at 1002,1003, 10th Floor, Single Business Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. P.O BOX: 391561
  2. Working Hours: The unique schedule during Ramadan Saturday - Wednesday 10 am - 10 pm , Thursday & Friday 10 am - 10 pm
  3. Client Responsibility for Punctuality:The studio is not responsible and does not extend booking hours because of clients being late due to circumstances made by third parties.
  4. Security: For security reasons, video surveillance is installed in the studio.
  5. Studio Viewing: An introductory showing of studio zones is held from Monday to Friday from 9 am - 10 pm, Saturday & Sunday 12 pm - 10 pm in case the studio is available.
  6. Furniture and Set Variations: Furniture, interior items, and their positions in zones may differ from the photos presented on the website. Please notify the studio administrator if strict compliance is necessary.
  7. Access and Payment The administrator ensures the client's access to the studio zone only after signing the act of transferring the zones, equipment, and props, as well as after full payment of the rental time. Please arrange your time with this requirement in mind. Passport details of the person responsible for shooting are needed for signing.
  8. Lost Items: The management is not responsible for forgotten and lost items.

Renting of Studio Zones

  1. Minimum Rental Duration: The minimal rental package for any studio zone is 1 hour.
  2. Prepayment for 1-Hour Rentals: Renting for 1 hour is possible with full payment at the time of booking (full prepayment).
  3. Responsibility for Props: Changing of backgrounds, nozzles, moving furniture, suspended structures at the client’s request is carried out by the administrator. Otherwise, the liability for the damaged props transfers to the client.
  4. Use of Materials Using paints, sparkles, fluff, confetti, and water while shooting is allowed only with permission of the studio’s management. Otherwise, the liability for the damaged props transfers to the client.
  5. Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the studio. Violation of the prohibition results in a fine of 100 AED.
  6. Alcohol Policy: Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the studio. Violation of the prohibition results in a fine of 500 AED.
  7. Food and Drink: Clients are welcome to consume food and non-alcoholic beverages in designated areas such as the lounge, but they must clean up after themselves.
  8. Behavior: In case of violation of the rules of conduct, disturbing the peace and public order, the management has the right to limit the time of your stay in the studio immediately without
  9. Zone Cleanliness: Once the shoot is completed, all zones must be in the same condition as they were before the client's arrival.

Live Podcast Rules

  1. Podcast Studio: The client must inform the management if the use of the Podcast Studio is for live or recording purposes prior to the scheduled date. In the case of the live purpose, we have to check the equipment and setup to provide better service quality and prevent major repairs and equipment failure resulting from differences in setups and settings.
  2. Equipment Suitability: The client must be mindful of the tools and equipment he/she will use in each setup prior to the scheduled date (such as but not limited to Mac OS, Windows, and other system software). Thus, failure to inform us is not the management’s responsibility.
  3. Live and Recordings: The client shall inform the management about the additional services needed. He/she shall book an additional hour for the live editing session prior to the scheduled date to do all the testing needed. The live streaming costs AED 500. Thus, failure to inform is not the management’s liability.
  4. Technical Issues: Any technical issues that are beyond our control are not the management’s responsibility. (See Rental Adjustment policy for refund)

Prompter Rules

  1. The use of the prompter is available at a rate of 100 AED per hour. Please note that the prompter fee is charged per hour reserved, aligning with the duration of the studio booking.

Booking

  1. Prepayment Requirement: When booking a studio, each client is required to make a prepayment for booking confirmation. Until prepayment is received, the time remains open for other bookings.
  2. Pre-booking Expiry: In case of booking by phone or e-mail, "pre-booking" expires if there is no prepayment before the end of the studio's working day on the day the booking was requested.

Rental Timing Calculation

  1. Start Time: The start of booked time is considered the time stated in the studio schedule, not the time of the actual arrival of the client to the studio and not the actual start of the shooting. The booked time will not be extended in case of being late.
  2. End Time: The booking time is considered to be finished 10 minutes before the end of the booked time. These 10 minutes are required for changing clients in the zone. The administrator warns 15 minutes before the end of the booked time.
  3. Overlapping Bookings: If the studio is booked by the next client, the client must leave the studio no later than the rented time.
  4. Late Fees: If the studio is available after the reserved time, the client's delay for more than 10 minutes after the end of the booked timing is additionally paid as the cost of renting the zone for 1 hour.
  5. Extensions: If the studio is available after the reserved time, the client, in agreement with the administrator, can extend the shooting time by paying extra at the end of the shoot.
  6. Early Completion: In case of early completion of the shooting, the booked timing must still be paid in full.

Rental Adjustment Policy:

  1. Adjustment Procedures: Clients can request to adjust the booking date at the studio using the following methods:
    • In-person adjustment at our studio.
    • Adjustment by phone at (Phone Number).
  2. Adjustment Timeframes: Clients can request to adjust their booking date up to two times, provided that the studio is informed about the required changes at least 120 hours (5 days) before the originally scheduled booking.
  3. Refund Policy: Clients cannot have any refund, instead clients can only adjust dates of rental as per the above procedures and timeframes.
  4. Blacklisting Policy: In the event of repeated violations of the adjustment policy or any other misconduct, the client may be subject to our blacklisting policy.

Liability

  1. Equipment Inventory: Clients are provided with an equipment checklist upon arrival and must only use the equipment they have booked.
  2. Equipment Inspection: Clients must inspect equipment before and after each use. Any damage or issues must be reported immediately.
  3. Equipment Handling: Clients must inspect equipment before and after each use. Any damage or issues must be reported immediately.
  4. Liability: Clients are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during their session.
  5. By renting a studio, the client confirms that he/ she is liable for damage caused to equipment, backgrounds, furniture, movable structures in the studio and for the actions of other people presented on the shoot.
  6. If material damage is caused to the studio, the client is obliged to reimburse the cost of damage on the spot. In case of refusal for any reason to compensate for the loss on the spot or pay the bill, the studio administrator must immediately contact the police.
  7. The client is also responsible for the visitors who arrive with him.
  8. Dirtiness and damage to the floor and walls is fine of 300 AED/ sq. m
  9. Breakage, damage, tearing off the hinges and dirtiness of curtains is a fine of 500 AED/ pc.
  10. Any manipulations with backgrounds should be made by the studio administrator. Separate actions with backgrounds are prohibited.
  11. It is forbidden to stick adhesive tape on the walls/ floor in the studio, drill holes and mount fasteners as well.
  12. The management has the right not to allow into the studio persons in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication or persons with inappropriate behavior.
  13. For damage and breakage of studio equipment and accessories, the client bears full financial responsibility and compensates for losses on amount agreed with the studio management. At the end of the shooting, the equipment is checked by the administrator.

Footage & Editing Rules

  1. Materials will be received within 5 working days via Google Drive Link
  2. Editing – final edits will be received within 7 days upon receiving the complete brief and external materials – 1 revision

Guest Guidelines for Sessions

  1. 4K Shooting Requirement: Guests opting for 4K shooting must provide their own hard drive for data storage.
  2. Attendance Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session will result in it being considered as utilized.
  3. Session Postponement: Guests requesting session postponement must notify us at least two days prior to the scheduled session.
  4. Data Retention Policy: All session materials will be securely deleted once transferred to the guest.
